International Coffee Day 2025.

Coffee has always been more than a drink to me—it’s a story, a journey, and a connection. This International Coffee Day feels different because it’s not just about coffee in a cup—it’s about the journey I’ve had, the people I’ve met, and the milestones that shaped Curly Brew.

Then: The Early Days of Curly Brew

A few years ago, coffee was a simple joy—a cup to start my day and a story waiting to be discovered. Curly Brew began as a passion project, a way to explore Indian coffee culture and connect with people who shared my curiosity.

Back then, every workshop, blog post, Videos, and tasting session was a small step toward building a community. It was exciting, challenging, and deeply rewarding—but I had no idea where this journey would lead.

Turning Point: Winning International Recognition

The moment that changed everything was receiving my first international award in coffee storytelling. That recognition validated my work, not just for me, but for the farmers, baristas, and fellow storytellers I had met along the way.

It opened doors to global conversations, collaborations, and opportunities to speak at industry events. Suddenly, Curly Brew wasn’t just a platform—it was a movement celebrating coffee culture and the hands and hearts behind every cup.

Now: Speaking, Mentoring, and Influencing

Today, my role has evolved from sharing stories to speaking at coffee events, conducting workshops, and mentoring aspiring coffeepreneurs. Each cup, each story, each event is now a way to empower others, inspire women in the industry, and nurture a community that values coffee as much as I do.

What’s changed? Perspective. Scale. Impact. Where I once focused on creating a brand, I now focus on creating experiences and enabling growth for others in the coffee world.

This International Coffee Day Feels Different

This year, International Coffee Day isn’t just about savoring your favorite brew—it’s a reminder of how far we’ve come, and how much more we can achieve together. Every cup I sip today reflects the journey from a curious enthusiast to an internationally recognized storyteller, speaker, and mentor. It’s a celebration of growth, connection, and the joy of sharing stories—because coffee, at its heart, is about people.
