BARISTA
A Barista is a skilled “coffee artist” who generally uses espresso machine and prepares, garnishes, and serves drinks to customers. The Italian word for barkeeper is barista (male/female).

Introduction to Specialty Coffee, Indian Specialty Coffees, Green Coffee Analysis, Brewing Methods(Theory), Grinder’s and Importance, Manual Brewing, Espresso machine & Safe Handling, Milk steaming, Espresso Recipes & Customer Connection.
DAY TWO
DAY THREE
(Practical’s) Brewing Methods, Grinding & Calibration, Pull Espresso shots (Ristretto, Espresso & Lungo), Milk Steaming & Pouring Technique, Espresso Based Beverages And Safe Handling & Cleaning of Machines.
DAY FOUR
Hand On training with Espresso Machine & Manual Brewing Equipment, Physical Analysis of Green Coffee.
DAY FIVE
Hand On training with Espresso Machine & Manual Brewing Equipment, Physical Analysis of Green Coffee, Interaction Session, Distribution of Certificate.
